Step 1

Step 2

Complete the Donation Form

Fill out the Donation Form with your name, contact information, chosen designation, and donation amount.

Step 3

Select Your Payment Method

Choose your preferred payment method. We currently offer two options :

Step 4

Official Receipt and Notification

Once your funds have been successfully deposited, the Taipei Medical University Foundation will issue an official receipt and proactively notify the donor within 7 business days.

Step 5

Letter of Appreciation

Taipei Medical University will send a formal letter of appreciation within 10 business days of receiving the donation as a token of our gratitude.

Important Note: If a donation is made without a completed form, we will be unable to obtain the necessary information to issue a tax receipt. Therefore, we strongly recommend pre-filling the form before submitting your donation. The final receipt will reflect the actual amount received.
