Donation Process

Fill out the Donation Form with your name, contact information, chosen designation, and donation amount.
Choose your preferred payment method. We currently offer two options :

Official Receipt and Notification
Once your funds have been successfully deposited, the TMU Foundation USA will issue an official receipt and proactively notify the donor within 7 business days.
Letter of Appreciation
Taipei Medical University will send a formal letter of appreciation within 10 business days of receiving the donation as a token of our gratitude.
Important Note: If a donation is made without a completed form, we will be unable to obtain the necessary information to issue a tax receipt. Therefore, we strongly recommend pre-filling the form before submitting your donation. The final receipt will reflect the actual donation amount.
